I accept that Bali Bound Travel Breaks (BBTB) is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold BBTB liable for any injury, damage, costs, expense or loss I may suffer whilst on the journey. I forever release and discharge BBTB from any such liability, regardless of whether BBTB has been advised as to the possibility of such damages and/or losses

I agree that I shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless BBTB against any claims, damages, costs, expenses or liabilities that may be brought by a third party arising directly or indirectly due to my actions or omissions or breach of my contract with BBTB whilst on the journey.

I agree that this disclaimer includes the entire traveling party and that in the event of any disputes; they may only be litigated in the Republic of South Africa, with a maximum penalty not to exceed the total amount I paid to Bali Bound Travel Breaks for the journey.

In no event shall BBTB be liable for amounts representing indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of use or business interruption, lost profits or lost revenue even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability shall not apply where liability cannot be excluded by local law.

I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact BBTB if I have any questions. I understand that cancellation of any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in financial penalties, in accordance with the supplier's cancellation policies.

I understand that to travel on a flight requires me to carry a valid passport in order to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on my passport must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight.
