Day 1
Sept 27th
Hello Bali. Airport to Ubud.
Arrive in Bali, go through passport control and collect your luggage. Hop into our taxi for a scenic ride to our hotel in Ubud, where the group will be gathering at various arrival times. Have a swim or check out Ubud before meeting the group for our welcome dinner. (If you arrive with a group the transport is covered)
Day 2
Rice Fields, Delicious Lunch, Free Time To Explore.
Sept 28th
Meet up to explore the Sok Wayah Trail, also known as the Sari Organic Rice Field Walk. Meander through pretty rice fields lined with the occasional café, art studio and yoga shalas. We will stop for a refreshing coconut or beer as we explore this cheerful part of Ubud. Next, we make our way to the charming area of Penestanan for a delicious Balinese buffet lunch with Mount Agung Volcano as our backdrop (lunch is included in the tour cost). After lunch perhaps make your way back to the hotel on a scooter taxi or opt to meander back shopping as you go. Enjoy free time in the evening, we will no doubt meet up for dinner – the choice will be yours.
Day 3
Water Purification, Temple Exploring & Waterfall Time.
Sept 29th
We head out exploring for the day avoiding Ubud’s hustle and bustle to experience the sacred ritual of water purification called Malukat. We will visit a temple and waterfall where you can swim in nature under this refreshing natural water feature. We then head back closer to Ubud for lunch overlooking majestic rice terraces that are a world heritage site. Bring your swimwear as the restaurant has a swimming pool which overlooks the rice terraces. If anyone wants to experience swinging over the jungle, it’s at this location you can book the Bali Swing. As the evening draws near, we will experience the mesmerising Kadek Fire Dance in a village outside of Ubud. This hypnotic performance offers powerful storytelling to be enjoyed. (If this performance is not taking place in the village due to a ceremony, we will catch the show in Ubud central)
Lunch and dinner are not included on this day. Everything else above is included in the tour cost.
Day 4
Sept 30th
Free Time To Design Your Adventure.
Free day for activities or relaxation, the choice is yours, either relax pool side, go shopping or book activities directly with the suppliers. Suppliers’ details will be share with booked guests well in advance, so you can book your activity directly with them. These suggested activities are: spa half day experiences, yoga, guided walking tours of Ubud, visit an organic farm and partake in farming activities, jewellery making, fabric dyeing, Jungle Cart downhill cart racing, fabric shopping in Denpasar, climb Mount Batur Volcano and watch the sunrise (starts at 2am on the 1 st October) , quad biking, cycling tour, chocolate making, Monkey Forest, coffee plantation visit: producing the famous Luwak coffee: this process does not meet animal welfare guidelines and thus not included in our program, you can book this on a private bases. With regards to elephant sanctuaries: It is suggested to view and appreciate the elephants up close and enjoy the experience. We do not suggest
riding them, but your visit will help with the care of the elephants. Enjoy your free time before we meet up early evening for a Balinese cooking course in a local village, a real tour highlight. Remember to purchase wine to pair with your cooking course. Beers are sold on site.
Day 5

Jungle Bliss, Ancient Wonders & Starry Night Camping.
Today we leave for Lake Tamblingan where we will be sleeping under the stars feeling a true connection to the island. Surrounded by ancient temples and the rainforest, nestled in lush highlands you will find this hidden gem in the Buleleng Region. Expect stunning waterfalls and rain forest experiences, wood fire at night, jungle trekking, canoeing and local cuisine. Included: licensed trekking guide, canoes, waterproof tents, air mattress, sleeping bag and headlamp, 2L mineral water, 5 Indonesian meals, local snacks, coffee and tea, entrance fee and donation to rainforest and waterfall, village visit, firewood. Toilets + shower – basic but functional. *Your hotel room in Ubud will be kept as we are only camping for one evening.
*All activities optional *Jungle trek is mostly flat and around 3 hours including canoeing *The waterfall trek is 20 minutes – some uphill. Paid motor bike options available for those who don’t want to walk.

Lake Tamblingan Adventures Continues.

We will arrive back from your jungle experience in central Ubud early evening – enjoy free time on this evening. We leave for the coastal area tomorrow.

On The Move To The Islands Off Bali's Mainland.
oct 3rd
It’s an early wakeup time to leave the jungly vibes of Ubud to catch our airconditioned fast boat to Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan (Nusa means : island) Here you will find white sand beaches, fresh blue water, seafood restaurants and relaxed island vibes. On arrival settle in relax and explore. Massages can be prebooked. Towards the early evening we will experience a walking tour of Nusa Ceningan with a local guide, discovering the stunning viewpoints from each bay and learning about seaweed farming. Then it’s time for a delicious dinner under the stars. *Your main luggage will be taken to Seminyak ready for you to collect before you go to the airport. u will

Day 8
oct 4th
Guided Tour, Lunch At Mushroom Bay.
Today we will experience a guided tour of Nusa Lembongan Island (neighbour to Nusa Ceningan, the islands are joined by the famous yellow bridge) We will visit a local village, learn how offerings to the Gods are made (Canang Sari), visit a cemetery to learn about the unique burial process of the Balinese culture. Then we head over to Mushroom Bay for a tasty seafood lunch, swimming and relaxation. Lunch is included in the tour price. Vegan options are available. After lunch grab a cocktail in the swimming pool, no need to move even as the sun sets over the ocean. Massages are available. *Perhaps bring a fold up umbrella there is not much shade during the tours. *Optional activities on this island: stand up paddle boarding or sea canoeing, fishing trip, deep sea diving.
Day 9
Snorkeling Trip, Then Sun, Sea, Surf - Your Choice.

After breakfast we head out on a snorkeling trip around the islands where manta rays can often be viewed up close under the water. Goggles and flippers provided or bring your own if you prefer. Our boat will drop us at Mushroom Bay to make the most of the relaxation, enjoying eating, drinking, massages, sea canoeing and stand-up paddle boarding, swimming or chilling in the swimming pool overlooking the sea. *sea canoeing and stand up paddle are not included and can be booked directly on the beach.
Day 1O
oct 6th
Last Of Bali. Shopping Spree. Homeward Bound.
We head back to Bali mainland from the islands to explore Seminyak for souvenirs or boutique shopping. Gent’s might like to book a hot towel shave and hair wash at a local barber. You can also enjoy your last Balinese lunch, and perhaps treat yourself to a foot or back massage before your flight. If you eat pork and have not yet tried Babi Guling (spit roast pig) experience this for lunch before leaving at Pak Malen or Naughty Nuri’s. *Ensure your flight is booked in the evening to give you time to get back from the islands to Bali mainland and you can get the chance to experience what Seminyak has to offer. *If you are extending your stay, perhaps consider staying on Nusa Lembongan if you enjoy relaxed island vibes. Let Debbie know in advance, so she can move your return fast boat trip to the correct date of your return to Bali mainland.
